The enterprise with foreign capital «Золотой Аист» is one of the young enterprises operating in the field of wine and divin making. It commenced its activity in 1997, when several modern workshops (for grape processing, distillation, maturing of divin spirits, blending and bottling) equipped with efficient apparatus and equipment were put in operation. In 2003, the own vine plantations were grown up. Practically, all processes and operations are brought into correspondence with new European standards and strict requirements of modern technologies. Wine materials are distilled into divin spirits using modern Swiss equipment. The enterprise is pos* sessed of scientific laboratory to test the quality of end products and to carry out scientific researches in the field of production of alcohol products, as well as with specialized depots, where divin spirits are matured in oak barrels and tanks from stainless steel. 187 employees work at the enterprise. They are well familiar with classical and modern wine-making processes. End products of the enterprise are poured into bottles of various shapes and dimensions. The bottling workshop is equipped by two bottling flow lines with daily productivity of- 35 ţhousandes of bottles. The enterprise always participates at national and international exhibitions and fairs, where its divins are highly appreciated by consumers and specialists. At exhibitions («Expo Vin Moldova-2003» and «Food and Drinks- 2004»), they have been marked with prestigious awards, whereas divin «Flu- ieras» and «Sterh* were rewarded with gold medals
